		<description>Jill -- Fantastic!  I love the warmth and competence research.  It not only says a lot about how we as parents need to adopt a &quot;Hebrew school posture&quot;, but also how Hebrew school leaders and teachers need to connect with parents.  If parents (as well as children) feel warmth and competence, it will go a long way!  When can I enroll my kids in your school?</description>
